1. Return Period

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery. Requests initiated after 30 days cannot be processed.

2. Condition Requirements

  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original hangtags, packaging, and hygienic protective liners must remain securely attached.
  • Garments must be free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, and perfumes.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Visit the Returns Portal at alexaclothing.com/returns.
  2. Enter your order number and email or postal code.
  3. Print the provided shipping label and pack your items with original tags.
  4. Drop off the package with the assigned carrier. Once inspected (3–5 business days), your refund or replacement will be completed.
